Shipping policy

Processing time** Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, along with a tracking number.

Delivery time Once shipped, most orders arrive within 6–10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays are outside of our control.

Shipping address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us at support@duskbite.shop as soon as possible — we can usually update an address within 12 hours of purchase, before the order enters processing. Duskbite is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Tracking your order Once your order ships, use the tracking link in your confirmation email to follow its progress. If tracking hasn't updated in a while or looks stuck, reach out and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Customs and duties For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Missing or lost packages If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't locate your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 10 days of the delivery date so we can help investigate or arrange a replacement.
